UPSC CDS 2023 Educational Qualification

IMA and OTA Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
INA Candidates should have an engineering degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
AFA Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in physics and mathematics in 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.

UPSC CDS 2023 Age Limits

Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit as per the physical standards prescribed by the UPSC.

IMA Candidates should be between 19 and 24 years of age
INA Candidates should be between 19 and 22 years of age
AFA Candidates should be between 19 and 23 years of age
OTA Candidates should be between 19 and 25 years of age

UPSC CDS 2023 Exam Pattern

The CDS 2023 exam pattern is as follows:

Mode of Exam The CDS exam will be conducted in offline mode (pen and paper-based)

Medium of Exam The question paper will be available in both English and Hindi
Marking Scheme Each correct answer will carry 1 mark, and for every wrong answer, 1/3 mark will be deducted

How to Apply for UPSC CDS 2023 Application Form?
